About the Role:
Join Hole in The Wall Drywall Repair of Chester Valley as a Full-Time Painter! We are looking for a passionate and skilled painter to enhance our clients' spaces with precision and creativity, all while being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and textures.
- Inspect completed work for quality and make necessary touch-ups.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and preferences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial settings.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

Our customers are looking for us to deliver exceptional drywall repair that can restore their living and work space to a brand new appearance.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
