Your Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with drywall repair and painting projects
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
- Prepare job sites before work begins
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Support technicians with measurements, material preparation, and project setup
- Follow company safety procedures
- Represent the company professionally at customer homes
- Learn and develop new skills every day

- Construction, home service, or trade experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
