Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform drywall repairs, including patching, sanding, texturing, and finishing, according to company standards.
- Adapt to various job requirements, demonstrating proficiency and flexibility in handling multiple trades including but not limited to painting, carpentry, minor electrical, ext.
- Assist in training and supporting co-workers while contributing to an efficient and safe work environment.
- Engage with clients professionally, understanding their needs and ensuring the work meets or exceeds their expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area, and comply with safety protocols on every project.
- Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets company quality standards.
- Use company software for job documentation, invoicing, and reporting.
- All other duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in drywall repair and finishing or equivalent trade experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor environments.
- No felonies related to violence, sex offenses, or theft.
