Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair is hiring Drywall Technician Apprentice helpers to learn the trade and grow with our team. Perfect for hardworking individuals eager to start a career in home construction!

Responsibilities
- Develop trade skills in drywall repair, installation and painting
- Assist skilled technicians with drywall and painting projects
- Load and unload materials, tools and equipment
- Prepare job sites and maintain cleanliness in customers' homes
- Learn to use proper drywall tools to apply materials, and techniques
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
- Work comfortably and safely at elevated heights, including climbing and working from ladders and scaffolding
- Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members
- Assist the crew with measurements and material preparation and job-site organization
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of construction experience in home services, drywall or painting preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to accurately perform measurements and basic mathematical calculations
- Experience with safely operating basic hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn new skills and demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., occasionally overhead
- Must be dependable, reliable and committed to consistent daily attendance

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
